BIMACC is a not-for-profit body, registered under Section 11 and 12 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. BIMACC has its headquarters in Bangalore and has a presence in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin and Chennai. BIMACC activities function all over India and the world.
BIMACC is recognised by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Govt. of India.
