BIMACC takes pride in announcing the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between BIMACC and International Arbitration Centre of the Government of Egypt on the 28th of December, 2018 in Shram El Sheikh, Egypt. The Event was attended by representatives of 22 Arab Nation’s ADR centres. Area of co-operation will cover Mediation, Arbitration, seminars, workshops and training. BIMACC will extend support to ASSUIT University, Egypt in structuring diploma, degrees and PG programmes in ADR. The co-operation will be extended to all the 22 Arab Nations. Professor and Dean of commercial law, ASSUIT University, Dr. Ahmed Baradat, Dr. Hassan Hammad, Secretary General, Arab Court of Arbitration and Vice President International Arbitration Centre felicitated Mr. Thiruvengadam B C for his global Contribution in the field of Mediation and Arbitration. The event was attended by Dr. Mosbeh Hamoud, advisor to the Royal Court of Oman, Chancellor Mr. Talal Meshleh, President International Arbitration centre, Lebanon, Chancellor Mr. Abdullah El Goury, President, Regional Union, Libya, Chancellor Mr. Mohamed El Setty, Vice President IAC Kuwait, Prof Sameh Ashour, President Bar Association of Egypt and several other dignitaries from the Government of Egypt and other Arab Nations, representatives from Bank of Egypt and other industries
