Justice V Gopala Gowda, Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Justice Cyriac Joseph, member of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) jointly inaugurated Bangalore International Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Centre.

BIMACC is a not-for-profit body, registered under Section 11 and 12 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. It is headquartered in Bangalore and has a presence in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin and Chennai.

BIMACC aims to promote India as a global and affordable Alternative Dispute Resolution hub.

The guests of honour included Shri T.B. Jayachandra, the Hon’ble Minister of Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Govt. of Karnataka and Justice S.R. Bannurmath. Member of the State Human Rights Commission, Kerala.
