NLSIU’s NLS ADR tournament was in collaboration with Bangalore International Mediation, Arbitration, and Conciliation Centre. BIMACC conducted an orientation session regarding mediation during the tournament and all mediation sessions and rounds during the tournament were governed by BIMACC’s Mediation and Conciliation rules.

BIMACC believes that it is essential that young students are exposed to ADR and the benefits of ADR. These competitions and tournaments are incredibly important for the growth of ADR awareness and practice in the years to come.
